Calgary Crime Maps

When deciding what area of Calgary to live in, you may want to consider crime rates. A group from the University of Calgary meshed Calgary Police crime data with population data - and mapped the results showing crime intensity. Crime data was taken from November 2012 to February 2013, and population data is from the 2011 census. While this is not a complete full year picture of crime in Calgary, it should help with making an informed decision.
